Bi Feiyu

Chinese writer, born in 1964 in Jiangsu Province. Two-time winner of the Lu Xun Literary Prize.

In 2011, he received Mao Dun Literature Prize, one of the most important awards in Chinese literature, for the novel Massage. A year earier, the novel Three sisters translated by Howard Goldblatt received the Man Asian Literary Prize.

Bi Feiyu is the co-author of the screenplay for Zhang Yimou’s Shanghai Triad.
