This series of textbooks was created by Beijing Language and Culture University Press together with Chinese Testing International. HSK Standard Course 1 will help you prepare for the HSK exam at the lowest level. This is a bilingual edition (Chinese-English) featuring pinyin transcription.
The contents are based on past HSK exams. This part consists of 15 chapters, covers 150 words and 45 language points required for this level, and the exercises prepare you perfectly for the type of tasks you will encounter during the exam. You can access the audio files by scanning the provided QR code.
The textbook featured: dialogues that introduce the necessary words and characters, explanations of grammar, pronunciation instructions and tone exercises. The topics covered by HSK 1 include time, weather, work/activities, food and drink, introducing yourself and others, shopping and travel.
